Can you almost taste the sand?

This week for the iheartfaces. com the contest is all about texture - now at first I thought great I have these awesome pictures from our trip to Williamsburg (future blog post waiting to happen)I-Sah and I played the "texture game" with the camera, but then I thought of this picture of my 6 year and it just made me feel like I could feel the grains of sand between my teeth and I thought, "Ok, now THAT is texture."

Best Face

Here is my next weeks entry for iheartfaces.com.This week is their 1st Birthday and the theme this week is "Best Face Photo." I am loving this new challenge : ) This is my sweet 2 1/2 year old giving me her best cheese face. I took it today, striving to meet this week's theme! I think "Cheeseface" here did a good job : ) Love this little girl

Baby Bellies are the BEST!

I love baby bellies! Nothing is as beautiful as a round pregnant belly. I was so delighted to go around town with Susan who is 5 weeks away from her due date. We made so many stops, even in the cold. She really is such a good friend to be my guinea pig and did I mention it was cold (20something cold)!!!! Here are my first belly shots:

This one was fun to photoshop, The sun was too bright and washed out most of her face. But it seemed like a cute shot, so I had to keep playing with it until I got the above picture. Here is the before:

I love Susan's laugh in this one and how her belly matched the rod iron in the back

Thanks Susan! I had such fun : ) And we can't wait to meet you little Luke!
